But this time it was actually quite fast and easy and it definitely made me want to make it again very soon!Kitchen Vignetteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11189372660575801386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2986614298082910318.post-28346277260901956992011-08-24T11:21:48.905-04:002011-08-24T11:21:48.905-04:00I love buckwheat, too! So sad... Your homemade ravioli looks so perfect, they remind me of how long it's been since I made them at home and should probably do so soon. I am a pretty lousy gardener so while I too dream of living on a farm, I'm afraid my family will be eating weeds for our meals. My parents, on the other hand, grow most of their own food so it's a joy harvesting the goodies when we do go to visit them!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09634978698718844851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2986614298082910318.post-86402820025240372032011-08-22T18:58:13.511-04:002011-08-22T18:58:13.511-04:00oh wonderous woolerie, i was reminded just how won...oh wonderous woolerie, i was reminded just how wonderous your woolie creations are when i just had a peek at your blog just now... now, there are so many things to put inside a ravioli besides beet greens, the options are endless! this squash ravioli is making me drool a little... might be worth trying (you could do beet greens for S and squash ones for you!) http://gardenofeatingblog.blogspot.com/2009/02/eatwell-recipe-6-butternut-squash.htmlKitchen Vignetteshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11189372660575801386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2986614298082910318.post-78658559416864855032011-08-22T12:00:56.643-04:002011-08-22T12:00:56.643-04:00oh, Aube(rgine), thank you for a lovely reminder w...oh, Aube(rgine), thank you for a lovely reminder why beet tops so deliciously green, purple or somewhere inbetween. I live with a man who loves to eat them and have a good friend who loves to eat them and I, well, I'd like to say I am indifferent, although that wouldn't be true since I have been known to avoid them =-) However, I will find some buck wheat flower and I will follow in these fingerprint-steps, and one of the next days we will have Ravioli, with beet greens and yummy ricotta!<br />thank you for your ability to showcase and inspire!wonderous wooleriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01110423883740072153noreply@blogger.com
